Yes, come and take a seat and your practitioner will come and get you. When you book your practitioner will give you the access code to the reception area.

Please contact your practitioner directly to let them know you will not be able to attend. They may have their own cancellation policy and most require 24 hours notice or you may be charged for your missed appointment.

To access the building there is a step up to enter the building. Once inside there is a second step to access the ground floor therapy rooms. We can use our ramp to help if you require this. Our toilets are situated on the second floor which is accessed with stairs and hand rail. Some practitioners also work on the second and third floor. Please contact your practitioner for further details.

We have electric treatment couches which have a maximum weight limit or 32 stone/203 kg. If you are over the weight capacity please email us before booking an appointment to discuss how we can best accommodate you.

Yes, all of our practitioners are fully qualified and insured.
