How do I book a treatment?

Please book directly with your chosen practitioner using their individual contact information. All information for each practitioner can be found on the therapists page. The quickest way to book is using the online booking system for each practitioner. We understand that sometimes you need to speak with someone before booking. Email us with a brief outline of your problem and we will get one of the team to ring you back: hello@theambryclinic.com

Where can I park?

Our nearest carpark is Dukes Wharf - less than one minute walk.St Andrews Carpark - 2 minute walk.Pottergate Carpark - 1 min walk. Google maps sometimes struggles to take you here directly.  Use if familar with Norwich and the one way system.There is 2 hours' free parking for customers at The Cathedral Retail Park - 5 min walk.

Is there a waiting room for before/after my treatment?

Yes, come and take a seat and your practitioner will come and greet you at your appointment time.

What happens if I need to cancel my treatment?

Please contact your practitioner directly to let them know you will not be able to attend. They will have their own cancellation policy and most require 48 hours notice or you may be charged for your missed appointment.

Do you have disabled access?

To access the building there is a small step up to enter the building. Once inside there is a second step to access the ground floor therapy rooms.  Our doors are narrow and cannot accommodate standard size wheelchairs. Our toilets are situated on the second floor which is accessed with stairs and hand rail. Some practitioners also work on the second and third floor. Please contact your practitioner for further details. We have electric treatment couches which have a maximum weight limit or 32 stone/203 kg. If you are over the weight capacity please email us before booking an appointment to discuss how we can best accommodate you.

Are your practitioners qualified?

Accepted Answer

Yes, all of our practitioners are fully qualified and insured. We do not accept practitioners who have done short courses. All practitioners musy have trained to the highest level in their chosen field.

Do you have evening and weekend appointments?

Our practitioners offer a wide range of treatment times and will try to be as accommodating as possible. Please contact your chosen practitioner for further information. All contact details are available on the therapists page.
